I see a property I want to rent. What's the next step?

If it's available near the time you are coming to town, the next step is to fill out a credit/employment application. There is a $45 dollar processing fee to run this application. Once the application has been processed and approved, we will send you the lease for your review and signature. It's a quick and simple process. The application can be emailed or faxed to you and we should have the results within one or two days after receiving it.

Are there any additional fees aside from the rent?

Two additional fees are charged with all rentals -- a $45 up-front credit application fee (prior to renting a property), and a final move-out cleaning fee, which varies by size of the property and is quoted prior to starting the lease process.

Do you accept pets?

Some properties do. We're trying to update the ones that allow pets, but you may want to call or email your request so we can notify you which ones allow pets. PLEASE NOTE: There is a one-time non-refundable pet deposit of $450.00 for all of our properties that allow pets.

What is the minimum length of stay?

Most properties have a 30- or 60-day minimum stays. There are a few that have a 3-month minimum and others with a 6 month minimum. If the minimum is greater than 30 days, it will be listed on the home page.

What does "Under Negotiation" next to the property listing mean?

It means that someone has submitted and paid for their credit application and is in the process of sending in their signed lease. Sometimes the applications are not approved and the property will be back on the website as available again. However "under negotiation" typically means it is just a few days from being fully rented.

What does "Availability Undetermined - Month to Month" next to it

Sometimes tenants wish to extend their stay beyond their initial lease term. When this happens, the date of availability is undetermined because they are not certain when their last day at the property will be.

I want to rent a property later in the year that is available now

Unfortunately, since we rent our properties in chronological order, we can not reserve it for you. We encourage you to email us, or fill out the 'Submit request' form so we can contact you if a property becomes available that fits your size, location, price and timeframe needs.

I have a property I want to rent through your company, what do I do?

Because we get so much interest from owners about the benefits of corporate housing, we offer a wonderful program called a Listing Consultation Program. We set up an appointment to see your real estate, assess its viability for corporate housing, and offer suggestions for improvements, if needed, to help with marketing/renting. We offer this personalized service at a fee of $295.00. You have no obligation to list the real estate with us, and we have no obligation to take the listing. But if we decide to work together, then 1/2 of the fee is rebated to you the first time we lease the property.
